AmeegoMarket was founded in response to rising prices across the United Kingdom and beyond, affecting businesses and buyers across a wide range of product categories.
We recognised a fundamental challenge in traditional wholesale trading: while purchasing in large volumes offers competitive unit prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs) can prevent smaller buyers from accessing those benefits.
Our vision was to bridge this gap by creating a marketplace where multiple buyers can combine their purchasing demand to meet a wholesaler's minimum order quantity.
This approach allows wholesalers to maintain the volumes needed for efficient production and distribution, while giving buyers greater access to competitive wholesale prices without having to purchase the entire minimum quantity individually.
